Bengaluru Referral Terms and Conditions

In short: Refer us to an apartment complex in Bengaluru. If Tilt cycles go live there within three months, you get an Amazon Voucher worth ₹5,000. No limit on how many you can refer. The clauses below are the full terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Tilt” means Feynman Technology Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru.

1.2 “You” means the person who sends a Referral to Tilt.

1.3 “Complex” means an apartment complex, gated community or apartment owners association at an address with a Bengaluru PIN code.

1.4 “Referral” means the name and mobile number of a manager, secretary or managing committee member at a Complex, sent by You to Tilt.

1.5 “Accepted” means Tilt has told You that the Referral qualifies under clause 4.

1.6 “Live” means the first day on which residents of the Complex can hire a Tilt cycle at that Complex.

1.7 “Reward” means an Amazon Voucher worth ₹5,000.

2. Who can take part

2.1 You must be 18 years or older and resident in India.

2.2 Employees and contractors of Tilt, and members of their households, cannot take part.

2.3 No purchase, payment or subscription is required.

3. How to make a Referral

3.1 Send the Referral to Tilt through the form at tilt.bike/refer or on WhatsApp, on the number from which You received this programme.

3.2 Referrals may be sent at any time while the programme is running.

3.3 You must have that person’s permission before You share their number, and You should tell them that Tilt will contact them.

3.4 Tilt will tell You within three working days whether the Referral is Accepted.

4. When a Referral qualifies

4.1 The Complex has a Bengaluru PIN code.

4.2 The Complex is not already a Tilt site and is not already in Tilt’s sales pipeline on the date the Referral is received.

4.3 The contact given is a manager, secretary or managing committee member at that Complex.

4.4 Where two or more people refer the same Complex, the Referral that Tilt received first is the one that counts.

5. How the Reward is earned

5.1 One Reward is earned for each Accepted Referral where the Complex goes Live within three months of the date the Referral was Accepted.

5.2 A signed agreement with the Complex does not by itself earn the Reward.

5.3 If the Complex does not go Live within that three month period, the Referral lapses and no Reward is payable, even if the Complex goes Live at a later date.

5.4 There is no limit on the number of Rewards You can earn.

6. The Reward

6.1 The Reward is an Amazon Voucher worth ₹5,000.

6.2 The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item.

6.3 Tilt despatches the Reward within 30 days of the Complex going Live, to an email address that You give.

6.4 You are responsible for any tax payable by You on the Reward.

7. The contact details You share

7.1 Tilt uses the number only to contact that person about Tilt cycles at their Complex.

7.2 Tilt does not sell the number and does not add it to any marketing list.

7.3 Tilt stops contacting that person as soon as they ask.

7.4 Write to support@tilt.bike to have a number deleted.

8. General

8.1 Tilt is not obliged to approach any Complex, or to install at any Complex.

8.2 Tilt may change these terms or end the programme at any time. Referrals Accepted before that date continue under these terms.

8.3 Tilt may refuse a Referral obtained by misleading or automated means.

8.4 Tilt’s decision on whether a Referral qualifies is final.

8.5 These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
